Eagles--it's almost the Colorathon time of year!!! Due to weather challenges this week, our assembly launch has been pushed to Monday 3/24. We are still sending home the info packets with weekly folders to ensure our Eagles can begin the fundraiser as planned. The Color Club is also back, which means students are able to sign up additional family members for t-shirts and extra color fun!

Today students welcomed a special guest from the Sertoma Club to learn about what they do. Each of our 5th grade Eagles also received their own copy of the Declaration of Independence. The knowledge and history they shared was greatly appreciated by our Eager Eagles.

This week our 4th grade Eagles had a fabulous experience with their Lego Brick Lab units connected to social studies and literacy. The students researched and completed a test build of Iowa & another state of their choice. They constructed the state's shape, bird, flower, tree, etc. Such a wonderful and engaging time for all.
Yesterday we were able to share our Teacher of the Year announcement with our students as well! Congratulations Mrs. Mullally!
Special thanks to Tiger-Rock for collaborating with our Physical Education program to integrate a fun & engaging way to reinforce discipline, confidence, strength & fitness that align with our weekly lessons this past week. Our Eagles enjoyed & jumped right into the experience.
